When you're working towards something do you ever hit a bump in the and feel like you're back to square one?

But are you ACTUALLY back to square one?

In this episode, I’m talking about why checking in with yourself is so important when you’re on a diet or training plan.

Instead of just pushing through every challenge, it’s about understanding how there are many factors that can affect performance in any area of life

How once we take some time to check on ourselves we can treat ourselves with more self-compassion and less self-criticism.

How awareness is the key and without awareness you can't make lasting change

I also give a few tips on how you can bring more awareness to yourself and how you're feeling each day
