As an organisation that connects people and communities with each other and the world, we’re proud to partner with Beyond Blue to help connect people across Australia with mental health and wellbeing information, because we know that when we connect, we feel better.

Australia Post are proud to support the Beyond Blue Speakers Program. Beyond Blue Speakers meet with people all over Australia and share their personal stories of anxiety and depression. By doing so, they open up conversations about mental health and connect with others through their shared experiences.

In this episode, in support of Mental Health Month, and in partnership with beyond blue, we talk with Tim Hoopmann and explore his story as a small business owner, mentor and Beyond Blue representative. Tim shares with us his successes, insights and advice for business owners and teams, plus opens his toolbox and talks mental wellbeing and all things Beyond Blue.
