Seb and Verity have resisted the urge to hot foot it up to Durham and are back for episode 8. This week’s guest is violinist and arranger extraordinaire, Michelle Taylor-Cohen.

Recorded in a bustling Royal Festival Hall foyer, they discuss Michelle’s ingenious methods to reimagine pop tracks for strings and her role as the "Fifth Beatle" in the Estilo String Quartet.

They take a nostalgia trip back to London 2012 and have a digression about tv sports theme tunes.

Towards the end of the podcast, Seb and Verity catch up with Michelle via Zoom to find out how she’s been filling her lockdown days and quiz her on an exciting project she’s been working on.
