Power and Leadership Podcast

Andy has spent nearly a decade in power based crime intervention interviewing and working with hundreds of offenders and victims to rebuild a healthier understanding of partnership and power. In his second career as a corporate manager, L&D, and change management practitioner, he has applied the principles of power to help positional and peer leaders use power well.
