Welcome to the Thoughtful Movements podcast!

My name is Joe Webster and I am a Feldenkrais Practioner. I also have 20 years of experience studying and teaching Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Meditation.

In this podcast I am offering recorded lessons that were taught during my online Feldenkrais class.

The Feldenkrais Method is a mind-body practice that directs you through various movement sequences, combined with guided attention, in order to effect profound changes in our physical self organisation and mental health.
