Tour Guide Tell All wants to help you observe the true meaning of our Memorial Day Weekend, honoring all those who have sacrificed for our country, by taking a deep dive into one of the most storied military units of all time (even though we aren't quite sure why...), Teddy Roosevelt's Rough Riders.
