The marriage between Saudi Arabia and the United States is on the rocks, to say the very least. The Petrodollar arrangement is an integral part of keeping the US Dollar relevant internationally as it set the rules for conducting oil trade in only America’s currency, but those days may be coming to an end sooner than most people anticipated.
