The topic of anxiety is near and dear to my heart. It's not only that running helps anxiety but anxiety can actually hinder your running. When this happens it can be devastating. In addition, we may be suffering from anxiety hurting our running and it might be so under the radar we don't even notice. I want to share my personal struggles and bring awareness that if any of these symptoms arise for you it might not be your environment, it might be underlying anxiety.
