Last weekend we were in Manchester cheering on at the Marathon. We shared our experience of the day and how our team members got on.  

As well as Manchester, the Boston Marathon was also on Monday and we discussed the results and highlights of the hot day! 

We finished the episode with our race day strategy tips ahead of London including chunking down the race into sections, the 3 R's and why negative splits in the marathon are the way forward!
