Today's special guest is Emma Seppala. Emma is a lecturer at the Yale School of Management as well as the science director of Stanford University's Center for Compassion and Altruism Research. She's the author of a wonderful book called "The Happiness Track". We were delighted to have her as a guest. She had only a small window of availability so this episode is a bit shorter than most but we're happy for the time we did have. We talk about the benefits of breathing exercises and mindfulness.
