On today’s Episode - I am doing a “solocast” conversation with you all about how to use visualizations, feelings, and emotions, to help bring about effortless manifestation. For 15 minutes I will walk you through how to guide yourself through a detailed visual scenario in your mind - where you are living your dream life and how to embody exactly how that feels. Following the visualization, I go into a deeply inspiring and informative conversation about how to harness the power of your thoughts, feelings, and vibrations in order to create a new reality / human experience. This episode really came from deep in my heart. When I recorded it — I had just finished a 10 minute breath work session and I felt a deep calling to share these words with you.
