On today’s Episode - I’m hosting a conversation with a shaman that I worked with in Peru, named Samer. Samer has been working + healing in the plant medicine world for over ten years now. He works with a variety of different plant medicines but his favorite medicine to create healing transformations for others is through the cactus plant- San Pedro. We explain in detail the history and origin of San Pedro, what it does, why it’s used, and how it affects your psyche. Following that - we also make sure to cover some of the basic and fundamental knowledge needed to successfully complete a safe and healing medicine journey in a ceremonial setting. This is a very well rounded introduction to this incredible healing modality that comes from a cactus. This is my first time having a podcast conversation with a Shaman so I hope you enjoy his insights!
