She also opens up about how her anger struggles as a child have created a passion for her to share this practice with children. Her story of starting her company Super Yogis, which began as kids yoga classes and has developed into online kids yoga videos, is fascinating and inspiring. Rina's contagious joy and ability to truly empathize with children by "putting it on" (putting on the child's experience as if it is her own) is so impactful.
