This talk discusses her life work and her new book that combines left brain practices regarding breath, nervous system and trauma awareness with right brain felt sense and embodiment practices. I find it a deep invitation to dissolve any notion of their being a separation between body and mind or between us and nature.It is built on 5 pillars, Somatic Awareness, Conscious breathing, radical resonance, mindful movement and attuned touch. We discuss each pillar and how they merge together to help someone rest in their deepest self.
