Thanks for tuning in everybody! Today I welcome Ken "Bam Bam" Belanger to the Penalty Box. Kenny played parts of three seasons with the Islanders organization & battled all the big boys. In 71 games he scored 8 points and accumulated 260 PIMs. Overall, the former AHL All-Star is a veteran of 248 NHL games, totaled 695 NHL PIMs and he doled out a boatload a beatdowns. Ken has also done very well for himself post-hockey which you'll hear about as well. Ken was a fantastic guest & I hope you people enjoy it!
