Kyle Humphreys is a ramen chef from Indianapolis Indiana. He approached me with the idea to do this episode and I thought it was a great idea. Kyle attended one of those ramen schools in Japan that many people have seen on youtube and instagram and in this episode he talks all about what its like to go to one of these schools. In this episode he talks about the good, the bad and what he took away from the experience. Kyle is currently working at a restaurant called Lil Dumplings in Indianapolis doing weekly ramen specials and also talks about what it takes do sell ramen successfully outside of Japan.
