Matthew Rosengart files a supplemental petition to suspend or terminate James Spears as the Conservator of the Estate along with a petition to appoint a temporary conservator of the Estate. This motion makes clear that there is an investigation into James Spears underway, that Rosengart will not back down from digging into what's been going on in this conservatorship for the last 13 years. Finally, Rosengart and Britney make clear that they will be seeking to terminate the conservatorship THIS FALL!
