Today, I'm speaking to Mehiyar Kathem, Deputy Director of the Nahrein Network. Mehiyar discusses his work developing partnerships and communication with Iraqi Government institutions, domestic NGOs & others working in cultural heritage. This is central to the Network's aims in Iraq because cultural heritage policy can be harnessed as a medium for peace and reconciliation.
