After struggling her whole life and trying numerous programs, Lexy experienced significant weight loss on the FASTer Way. She avoids fast food and cooks more at home now that she knows how to shop for healthy supplies and prepare tasty recipes. She now is a certified FASTer Way coach and wants to be an inspiration for those who, like her, struggled for so long.
