Hot off a '100% Fresh' (!) rating on Rotten Tomatoes and the announcement that his film is Belgium's official submission for the 2025 Oscars, director Leonardo Van Dijl enters the loft for an in-depth conversation about his already acclaimed debut  'Julie Keeps Quiet'.

Together with Dominique, he dives into his time at Vice and film school, his provocative award-winning short 'Get Ripped', the importance of the queer gaze and the anxieties & breakthroughs that come with the honest search for your voice. 

Leonardo opens up about the elaborate process of securing funding for and the making of 'Julie Keeps Quiet' as well ashis choice of collaborators like his cinematographer - and Dominique's favourite - Nicolas Karakatsanis and the acclaimed music composer Caroline Shaw.
