Nik Bhatia is the author of the new book 'Layered Money: From Gold and Dollars, to Bitcoin and Central Bank Digital Currencies'. In the book, Nik explores the history of our current financial system, and details the various layers which comprise it. He then analyzes bitcoin through a 'layered money' lens, and makes the case for why he believes it will evolve in to the future reserve currency of the world. As this is Nik's first book, I thought it would be interesting to discuss his writing experience, the challenges he encountered, and some the processes and tactics he used to get it over the line.
