Episode At A Glance:

This week on The SavvyCast, the amazing ESPN sideline reporter Lauren Sisler joins me to share all about her book, ShatterProof! Lauren has an incredible story, and she is kind enough to share it with SavvyCast listeners. At just 18 years old, she lost both her parents to opioid addiction. She has wrestled with grief and shame surrounding her own story, but learning to embrace it completely changed her life. In this episode we discuss her background, Shatterproof, how you can learn to love your story, and more!
