For part two of our five part training we continue to look at the facts and how those affect our feelings.  In these uncertain times the facts can be scary, but they’re also liberating.  You’re not alone in the what-ifs, everyone’s faith is being tested.  It’s healing to admit you’re scared, angry, or frustrated; it allows you to know your starting point.   Once you know where you stand, ask yourself how you feel about it.  Feelings are powerful and our feelings fuel our actions.  If you don’t know your emotions you’re not in control.  Learn to control your emotions to create your focus and find your freedom.
