A friend shared a video where a guy is listing off reasons why women over 30 are undateable. The ignorance is laughable to me because I’m very comfortable with where I’m at right now and his opinion doesn’t matter to me, but I’m sure that someone out there listening might see something like this and feel some doubts or panic about it.
I want to guide and support you to feel less triggered and panicked about that. I have some tips to help you:
Learn how to look closer at insecurities and dig deeper
Build a force field around you that allows you to laugh off criticisms and meanness
You get to know what you want with regards to clients and partners and anybody who doesn’t measure up, gets to fall away. People are going to have opinions and project their fears and their insecurities, but it doesn’t have to mean anything about you. Come back to having that clean, confident energy
