Since our last episode was so heavy, we decided to balance it with this discussion on powerful women characters in horror films. We discuss what makes a woman in horror powerful, why it's important to see powerful women portrayed in horror films, and whether "powerful" includes heroines, anti-heroines, AND villains. Of course, we discussed the characters and films that hit the mark for us, so listen for some great recommendations.
We realize this list is not conclusive, but we cover as many as we can in about an hour. We also realize what's powerful to us may be different for others. Let us know what we missed and should watch if we haven't already.
