As we continue to walk through this very intense time on the planet, it's important that we allow all of the feelings (positive and negative) to come up. As we allow and acknowledge the emotions that arise without judgment, instead of ignoring or suppressing them, we encourage them to clear. It is normal to go through waves of intense emotions while we are under this kind of stress, so please be gentle with yourself and others. When we look at—and give a name to our feelings—they lose power. We are in the midst of transformation, unlike anything we've ever experienced before. Allow it all and see how freeing it can be. Humans are meant to feel, not to be robots without emotions. Give yourself and your loved ones permission to feel and allow it all. I believe in you. I believe in us!Resources for this episode:
