The Justice Department sent Duke Law a findings letter that quotes Duke's own admissions emails. An associate dean wrote "This is true." The letter also prints the median LSAT of applicants Duke rejected, a number law schools never publish. In 2025, the middle of the rejected Asian pool scored a 169. That's Duke's 25th percentile. I walk through the Duke letter, Berkeley Law's findings and the William & Mary scholarship review, then what it means for the 509 reports on your list.
