Intro: I discuss all the different kinds of sabotage that we do to ourselves and sometimes when others sabotage us or the universe sabotages us but most importantly, when we sabotage ourselves and go against what we truly need or want. How do we get out of that? What do we need to do? Well being aware of it is the key and then we have to make a decision whether or not we want to continue on the path we carefully chose for ourselves. Do we continue with the diet? And then we have to reevaluate what it is that we want in the first place. If you come to a decision about yourself from a place of love, then you will no longer sabotage yourself.
