Most people that I work with tend to skip meals or just eat very minimal throughout the day. Snacking can be a great way to meet your nutrient demands. Remember, different health conditions mean higher nutrient demands for certain nutrients. For example, someone who is stressed and has hormone dysfunction, likely would benefit from more healthy fats.
