The Bubbler at Madison Public Library is kicking off a new approach to our traditional 2-month residency that has since shifted to six artists working collaboratively with the community around a particular question or theme. This year's inaugural cohort theme is 'belonging' - especially as it relates to our City's youth. And Matt Wachter Planning, Community and Economic Development Director reports on plans for the Triangle, a public housing development at the intersection at Park Street, West Washington and Regent Street. The City is looking for a partner team to engage with residents and analyze the various funding programs to develop a vision for the Triangle and a plan for redevelopment.
