After attending culinary school in Mexico City, Ellen returned home to LA. To get professional experience, Ellen busted her way into some of the best kitchens in LA until she eventually became a line cook at a two-star Michelin restaurant. It is this concept that ultimately led to the formation of Hedley & Bennett, the leading provider of aprons and kitchenware for top chefs everywhere.
