How can we qualify so vigorously and still get the wrong people who slip through the cracks?

We used to qualify their problem, their goals and their ability to invest. These are important for sure, but they’re no longer THE MOST important in the qualifying process.

If you do not want to deal with drama, chaos, disputes, babysitting, no-shows, spiraling and chargebacks, we have to do better on the FRONT end so that things are smooth and easy on the BACK end.

Now of course, the way you create content, position your offer and deliver that offer has a huge role in how clients behave, show up and succeed in your program, but what about BEFORE they join your programs?

We need to have a GATEKEEPER that is cherry picking who gets in vs who doesn’t and a set of criteria to compare that against.
