We all know we need to take care of ourselves and we definitely all know what that means and what that is supposed to look like. But often is met with the questions "When?" and "How?". As mothers, we are often 'default' parent and we need to ask over and over again to be able to even go to the bathroom by ourselves. Which then leads to frustration that so many are able to take time for themselves but we need to ask. Or maybe you're faced with the dreaded mom guilt wanting to take time for yourself. In today's episode, I talk about my theory of why we've gotten to a point that it is so incredibly difficult to get time to take time for ourselves and a few thoughts around how we can actually do this with more ease. Submit topic ideas and questions to [email protected]
