Episode 202 | Anxiety hits and we feel helpless. No matter who we are, what we know or how we know to manage it, it becomes annoyingly humble as we realize how human we are in this state of fear, distress, nervousness and anxiety. No matter what I had learned along the way, when I was in an anxiety attack, I felt helpless. I couldn't remember anything and didn't know what to do for myself to make it stop. And it's isolating. We feel like a nuisance, incompetent, frustrated, angry and alone. This episode is giving specific ways you can support your anxiety RIGHT NOW.
