My guest on this episode is Kate and her amazing YouTube channel is The Last Homely House.  Kate lives alone in a little cottage on a hill farm in Northumberland right at the top of England, next stop Scotland. I absolutely love Kate’s YouTube Channel.  Her videos always transport me to a beautiful bucolic landscape where she shares a glimpse into her creative world with all of us.  You will see a bit of gardening, quilt piecing, knitting, paper crafts, sewing, hand quilting, cooking, baking and even chocolate making! Oh, and she is also a beekeeper - with beautifully painted bee hives (I’m not sure I am calling it the right name - but its the wooden boxes where the bees live and make honey)

I hope you enjoy Kate’s YouTube channel as much as I do.  Also, be sure to comment on Kate’s videos and/or Instagram if you learned about her channel from the Make and Decorate Podcast :)

In my chat segment, I update a bit on the progress of the deck container garden, and I review a couple of sewing products and online resource: Tulip needles; Tula Pink Stiletto; Connecting Threads online shop and catalog. They now carry Tulip needles and other Japanese sewing notions.Check out my Patreon page at https://[email protected]  There are a bunch of bonus podcast episodes to catch up on throughout the summer months.  You can find links and photos to everything we talk about on my podcast blog at  https://stephaniesochadesign.com/podcast-make-and-decorate/2020/6/10/176zf9dh57dt8k2ghmf85vgnegu5jyINSTAGRAM: @stephanie.socha.design
