Just a heads up to you the listeners, this week's episode deals with adult topics, not suitable for kids.
This week I sit down with Sacred Sexuality Teacher and Coach Suzanne Najarian to unpack the complex and beautiful work of sacred sexuality practices with the self and in partnership. Suzanne defines what sacred sexuality is, how it is practiced, and how she incorporates this into her own life. She tells the audience, this work is transformative because pleasure is woven into it, helping the aspirant awaken, release, heal, embody and become fully integrated. We touch specifically on the sacred feminine in this practice and undoing old conditioning, messaging cascaded to us from our institutions, religions and familial circles. She emphasizes most women feel two things: fear and shame when it comes to our bodies and sexual experiences. She leaves the audience with an opening towards expansion, encouraging everyone to find partners and people who can hold the bandwidth of humanity with you, leaving nothing undone, unturned, or unexperienced.
