Dragon Ball fans have received a surprise reveal in the form of a new trailer for Daima, the highly anticipated upcoming anime series by Toei Animation. Previously announced for a Fall 2024 release, it has now been confirmed that the series will air this October, although a specific date has yet to be announced.

Via the official Dragon Ball site, Dragon Ball Daima’s new trailer, seen below, reveals both confirmed and new characters. Alongside the reverted childhood forms of Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, and other character mainstays, the footage introduces three “mysterious new characters”: Glorio, Masked Majin, and Gomah. A new key visual featuring the “Mini” versions of Goku and Supreme Kai riding a dragon, with both Glorio and Masked Majin behind them, can also be viewed below.
