In this episode, I’m sharing traits of a healthy confrontation vs. an unhealthy one and offer 5 practical tips for engaging in carefrontation. We cannot control how others will respond to confrontation, but we can approach it with a humble spirit and a healthy end goal. “When you recognize that you need to do something and you’re brave enough to actually do it, the Holy Spirit will be with you.”
