The All Blacks' hopes of an unbeaten end-of-season tour have been dashed after a narrow 30-29 loss to France in Paris.

New Zealand led 17-10 at the break, but were unable to hold off a French fightback in the second stanza.

Hurricanes loose forward Brad Shields joined Piney to recap the loss.
