George Elek is joined by Mark O'Haire, Jack Wright and David Preece to preview the 2022/23 Premier League new season. Mark and Jack provide their betting insight to pick out some value in the outright markets, whilst David Preece gives his view on the various runners and riders and gives us a view from a player's and coaches point of view.

Champions Manchester City once again head the betting at a best price of 8/11 whilst Liverpool are hotly fancied to run them close once more with Jurgen Klopp's side at 11/4. The top two pulled miles clear of the rest last season and a rejuvenated Spurs look the most likely to follow with them at 14/1 third favourites, and odds on to finish inside the top four.

Manchester United enter a new era with Erik ten Hag in the dugout, they're at 15/8 just to finish in the top four, as big as they've been for a number of years. Arsenal meanwhile ended the season in disappointing fashion as they missed out on a top four spot but have freshened up their squad with several new arrivals. The headline signing looks like Gabriel Jesus, he's halved in price for the Golden Boot since joining the Gunners and that market is one the guys touch on.

As well as the race for the title, top four and Golden Boot, the panel look at the battle to stay in the Premier League. Newly promoted Bournemouth are odds on for a swift return to the Championship with Scott Park frustrated at the lack of singings, and it's a similar story at his former employers Fulham. The third club to join them have taken different approach. Nottingham Forest have brought in no less than 12 new signings including Jesse Lingard, they're out to 5/4 for the drop.

Frank Lampard will be hoping for a better season for Everton than the one they endured last year. They're 7/2 to be relegated whilst the former Chelsea boss is the 4/1 favourite to be the first manager to leave his role.
