It is very easy for us to focus so much on being self-sufficient.

However, we forget that we contribute to our stress.

Being aware means more than processing your environment.

 

It can also relate to your body and how it responds to things, places, or people.

 

Today, I want to ask you this question…can you change your circumstances when you don't like them? Maybe you can…maybe you can't; however, there are things you can do when you are unable to remove yourself from a situation…
