Bruce “hmmphs” at our dear Councilman and he walks away. He’s had enough of this nonsense. Phew - free at last.

Still, Master Wayne hasn't retreated to have some fun... oh no... instead he's decided to go and sulk in the spare room and think about THE MURDER OF HIS PARENTS. There is one bright spark, however, as he also remembers meeting a certain Andrea Beaumont for the first time. A creepy cemetery hook-up, but it'll do.
