Saskia von Diest completed her PhD in agricultural plant pathology in 2014, and is currently a postdoctoral research fellow at Stellenbosch University in South Africa and Coventry University in the UK. Over the last 6 years she has pioneered research in ‘Ecofluency’ - intuitive, embodied communication with the rest of nature. She has researched ecofluency as a means toward practical, holistic decision making in food growing and in personal development.
