In this episode, Rachel discusses her current eating and health habits. Over the past months she has not felt 100% and it has left her trying anything and everything that can bring her back to her usual self. She gave up alcohol, caffeine, sugar and went to a raw food diet, with celery juice every morning topped with a parasite cleanse.The topic of diets can be so challenging to navigate with all the information out there pulling us in a million directions. Ultimately, what we put in our bodies should make us feel good (it doesn’t matter how we look!).
