Chris Cooper led a team that founded the Mapping Center for Evangelism and Church Growth in 1997 and currently serves as President.
BlessEveryHome.com is the primary project of the Mapping Center and a major movement to fulfill the Great Commission throughout the United States. More than 87,000 Lights for Christ have signed up to live Pray-Care-Share lifestyles with 3.3 million neighbor homes. These Lights have posted more than 26 million prayers by name for those neighbors.
Previously, Chris was the VP for Development for the “I'm Third Foundation” that sponsored Christian sports camps for more than 4,000 urban youth from 65 cities throughout America. He also served as the Executive Director of a pro-family organization where he created development and communication strategies used in 35 states.
Chris grew up in the Chicago area and received a Presidential Appointment to the U. S. Naval Academy at Annapolis, Maryland. In 1969, he transferred to Kansas University and graduated with honors in 1971 with a B.S. degree in Business Administration.
