John McGinley is a big picture visionary. At university, he committed to spending an hour every morning at 7am in prayer as he shared the gospel with those around him. Today, he leads a missional movement that gathers and sends tens of thousands of young people and catalyses church planting in the UK. He still prays at 7am each morning.
