On Below Deck, Eddie Lucas promoted Izzy Wouters to Lead Deckhand, prompting a diverse reaction from her fellow teammates while Elizabeth Frankini and James Hough continued their flirtation by sneaking a cannoli break. On BravoTV.com’s exclusive Below Deck Season 8 After Show, Izzy said Rob Phillips’ reaction to her new position was “immature” and “childish.” Eddie admitted that Elizabeth and James’ cannoli break “wasn’t fair” to Francesca Rubi who was “picking up the slack” from Elizabeth all season, while Chef Rachel Hargrove admitted the two did like to canoodle “a little too much” on charter.
