When we truly discover the Kingdom of God and our identity in Christ we should also see that God desires to have a close relationship with us. Knowledge alone cannot save or develop us, but an intimate relationship with Christ is just as important. In John 10, Jesus declares himself to be the shepherd of His sheep and paints the picture of a God who longs for us to know His personal voice.
