It’s Dec 18 1975 Pattaya a beach resort town on the eastern seaboard of Thailand. A fisherman discovers a bikini clad body of a western tourist floating in the water. He drags it to shore and police are called. There is no identification and no signs of foul play. Is this just an accident or is there something more sinister a involved.
