I’m a huge fan of escape rooms, and a few years ago, I came across an escape room experience like no other. The lobby, like the escape rooms were well decorated, almost as if you were in a mansion. Everything from the fur carpets to the optical illusions in the paintings made even the waiting room a rich experience.
I just had to interview the founder of this escape room brand. I had a sense that she knew what she was doing in creating a magical experience for customers by being customer-focused.
